Refund Policy
At ArT Nevo Design Studio, we value your trust and aim to deliver high-quality, customized design services and products.
Because most of our work is creative and tailored specifically to each client, our refund policy varies by service type as outlined below:
1. Design Services
All design, consultation, and project fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover time, research, and creative development.
However, if you wish to cancel before any work has started, please contact us within 48 hours of payment, and we will issue a full refund minus any processing fees.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital files (such as downloadable plans, templates, or artwork), refunds or exchanges are not available once the files have been delivered.
If you encounter any technical issue with your download, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
3. Physical Products / Art Pieces
If you purchased a physical item (art print, sample set, etc.), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Project Deposits
Deposits made to reserve a project start date are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future project within 6 months, subject to availability.
