Ashkelon Tower
Ashkelon, Israel
2013-2014
This impressive project, Ashkelon Tower in Ashkelon, Israel, is a thoughtfully designed mid-rise multi-family residential development commissioned by Tzarfati and executed by Dauber Architects. Offering 68 compact units across 117,200 SF(10,888 Sq Meter), the tower is a model of space efficiency and optimized daylighting that integrates seamlessly with its urban surroundings. As the Project Designer, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting with unit planning and typical floor layout, producing detailed Revit documentation for core and circulation spaces, and ensuring compliance with all accessibility, fire safety, and zoning regulations through meticulous consultant coordination. My contributions were central to both the technical execution and the ground-level design, which features strategic setbacks and landscaped buffers to enhance walkability and resident privacy.
