Green Yavneh
Yavne, Israel
2013-2014
This significant development, Green Yavneh in Yavne, Israel, is a three-tower multi-family residential project for the client Tzarfati, designed by Dauber Architects. Spanning 349,500 SF(32,470 Sq Meter) and delivering 114 housing units, the design successfully balances high-density living with a suburban quality of life. The towers are intentionally configured to maximize residents' views, daylighting, and natural ventilation, all while integrating shared outdoor spaces and a landscaped ground-level plaza.
As Project Designer, my involvement spanned from design development—supporting floor plans, elevations, and unit configurations—through to construction phase support. I played a key role in preparing permit drawing sets and coordinating with engineering consultants. During construction, my responsibilities included reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with contractors on design execution, and providing crucial site clarifications and detail revisions based on field conditions and inspections. This comprehensive involvement ensured the successful realization of the project's design intent.
