M-40
Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut, Israel
2014-2015
This striking project, M-40 in Modiin, Israel, is a high-end terraced multi-family residential development for the client Levinstein, designed by Raziel Architects. Spanning 118,000 SF (11,000 Sq Meter) and providing 42 residential units, the design is a masterful response to the site's steep, challenging topography. The architecture brilliantly leverages the natural grade changes to maximize privacy, spectacular views, and direct outdoor access for units across multiple levels, all while maintaining an elegant and unified architectural aesthetic.
As Project Designer during the Schematic and Site Planning phases, I was key in laying the foundational design. My contributions were focused on the critical technical aspects of the hillside design, specifically supporting consultant coordination on complex grading, drainage, and retaining systems. Furthermore, I contributed to high-quality 3D visualizations and graphic presentations which were essential for achieving both client and municipal approvals.
